Final payment is due within 3 business days of completion of the order. As a part of our commitment to our valued customers, HI Octane Trailer will arrange shipping via flat bed truck with the consignee responsible for unloading.
Consignees can arrange their own shipping with pickup within five (5) business days of completion. Storage fees will apply on a per day basis after the fifth (5) day.
All items are carefully inspected prior to shipping. Therefore, all sales are final but should you recognize an issue upon receipt and inspection of your items, please reach out to us for resolution.
